Individual:

Individual Memberships are the mainstay of our program. It is the reason why this concept was created. We, as a society, need a way to help families that are struggling with the burdens of chronic or life threatening illness. By registering as an individual member you will create a personal webpage detailing your situation. Additionally, you will build you own private support group. One that will provides far more than the money needed.

Association:

Association Memberships are for an association or group needing to raise funds. In this membership the association or group may link to their own site, but are required to maintain and update personal PHM site as part of their agreement. If providing access for members of association or group to utilize Get Noticed software, should register as a Sponsor, see below.

Church:

Church Memberships are for those religious organizations seeking to enhance contributions, sponsor missions, provide retreats, build capital campaigns, or generally fund activities. Utilizing personal PHM site, and software, a church can fully keep members informed and involved.

Non-Profit Organization:

Non-Profit Organization (or group) Memberships are for those interested in raising funds for their organization. It will be required to document non-profit status prior to delivery of any proceeds. If providing access for members of organization to utilize Get Noticed software, should register as a Sponsor, see below.

School:

School Memberships are for those educational entities seeking to raise funds. School groups (sports, band, cheerleading, clubs, etc.) linked to specific school should register as a school, and designate their school as a sponsor or secondary beneficiary.

Sponsor:

Sponsor Memberships are those corporations, associations, non-profit organizations, or groups looking to raise funds for some other interest. For example, a corporation wanting to raise money for United Way would register as a sponsor. Then select United Way as a primary or secondary beneficiary depending on their wish for control of the proceeds from the program. A Non-Profit Organization may wish its' members to raise funds for themselves, and would select to take on a sponsor role.

Club or Team Sport:

Club or Team Sport Memberships are those groups seeking funds for travel, training, or tournament activities. Registering will allow your group to build a website to post pictures, schedules, post comments, and send messages.
