Welcome to our Public Health Matters website. It is here that we try to help families raise money to cover medical expenses, without asking for donations. We do this by offering our Members of Mention (MOM) an opportunity to receive 50% of the proceeds from having their friends and family download our Get Noticed-Social Software.

This software is designed to allow Get Noticed users (GN users) an opportunity to see firsthand how their support has touched many lives in their community, as well as others. They are kept informed and involved by means of our software.

The software is a mini-browser designed to allow GN users to navigate to a variety of private areas on our site. These areas include Members only coupon, MOM private chatrooms, forum, picture gallery, prayer & share messaging, and Grace Book. These private areas are open for all GN users to visit. However, by default the GN user is directed to their MOM specific areas of the site.

By requesting to be a MOM, you are taking the responsibility of keeping those GN-Members, supporting you, informed and involved. You must do this by posting messages, or blogs, to your private webpage, or Grace Book. You can also upload pictures, send messages, and chat with your supporters. Thus, making it easy for you to keep your family and friends updated as to your situation. We require a minimum of posting an update once every two weeks.

In doing so, you prevent your webpage from being suspended and your GN-Members being re-directed to your selected secondary beneficiary webpage. All proceeds from downloads occurring while an account is suspended are delivered to the secondary beneficiary account. We are serious about all MOM's keeping their supporters informed.

You will also be required to send a letter of thanks to every GN Member providing support to you. Included in this letter are ten (10) merchant invitations to be used by your supporters to recommend their favorite businesses. These businesses will be provided access into an exclusive coupon program. Only invited merchants will have access to do business with our GN Members. The program is free to invited merchants wishing to join. They merely provide a coupon.

Additionally, as a MOM, you will be asked to find your Top Ten (10) places to do business. We call your selections, MOM's Favorites. These businesses will get exclusive exposure to every GN Member who supports you. Listed prominently on your GN Member local coupon page.

It is a nationwide network of local member referred coupon offerings. Additionally, we also have our members rate merchants in terms of service and value. Highest rated merchants receive cash prizes and awards. We hope to motivate merchants to provide the best value and service to our exclusive membership.

We make it easy to spread the word of our membership throughout the internet. Utilizing a contact importer software, anyone can send a message to their friends asking for help within just a couple of clicks. Those who do will be surprised by a referral points program we call "potluck". Spreading the word means receiving a small monetary thank you from Public Health Matters, not our MOM's.
